Honestly, amazing! Updates every step of the way, right from purchase to polishing to setting and dispatch. Really friendly company and extremely professional service. I really wanted a smaller carat pear stone with a diamond band and Joyce’s shop didn’t have exactly what I wanted so I contacted her and asked if she could personally make me one and she said yes!!! She was very patient with all my questions and sent me pictures of the ring being made which was amazing. the ring was bought april 19th and my fiancé said he received it June 5th. it was super super fast for being specially made from scratch and shipped to Washington state. I love this ring and it looks so perfect on my hand. I am so so so happy with this purchase and I 100% recommend going through this shop
