JEWELLERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS
WEARING YOUR JEWELLERY
Jewellery pieces are delicate, and it is important to be handled with care and stored properly. We advise removing it before doing work which involves contact with chemical substances or activities that might cause damage to the surface or shape of your piece.
It is important to note that jewellery items are susceptible to damage during routine daily activities, such as sports, dishwashing, and gardening. Please remove your jewellery pieces beforehand and store them in a safe place to help prevent any damage and preserve it.

Exposing your jewellery to household liquids, extreme temperatures, perfumes, and cosmetics can cause gold to discolour or possibly disintegrate when in contact with strong chemicals used in cleaning agents, and also can severely damage precious stones.
We recommend avoiding wearing jewellery during activities that may damage it. Between wearings, store your piece in its original case or a suitable box or pouch to prevent dullness from dust and pollution on precious stones and metals like gold.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY
It is recommended to have your jewellery professionally cleaned once a year or as needed depending on the frequency of wear. Most pieces can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner between cleanings. Ultrasonic cleaning is unsafe for many gemstones, so it is not advised.
Examine your jewellery regularly to ensure the settings securely hold gemstones in place and if clasps and joinings are safe. Prong settings are especially delicate. If hit or snagged on clothing, they may loosen. Damaged prongs, joinings or clasps can result in the loss of a stone or an entire piece of jewellery.
